i wouldnt call that good padwork,punches terrible,completely telegaphed,too upright,no hip.Kicks are ok but lack venom on impact,knees definitely the best technically

@MrRoberttodd22 nobody can kick the pads so hard theyd hit the padman in the face if they are held properly.Old,unfit men hold the pads for some of the hardest kickers in the world and that never happens.
