La perfezione assoluta, canta nota per nota, suono purissimo come pochissime, armoniche amplificate, legati superlativi, ogni suono è cesellato come l'argento.

Scotto was a great Lucia. When she sang Lucia, it was also the time Joan Sutherland was singing it and Sutherland's Lucia was far more successful. Scotto recorded an early Lucia with Pavoratti which is quite good. All her Lucias were always really good. In this performance, she is clearly a good actress as well. This was a well done Mad Scene
