It's really quite simple - the *Standard American Diet* (SAD) is responsible for most diseases. Simply put, we are eating ourselves into poor health, chronic disease and early death.

It just a few minutes, this clip will put everything into perspective. A few changes to your diet can mean the difference between health or sickness and even life or death.

This is not what the mainstream media / corporate controlled government health system will discuss. Why you ask? Well, as usual ----- follow the money.
We are far more profitable sick. They cannot profit on healthy or dead people.
Every industry involved with health care, those big businesses, research and development, cancer for example, that keep taking your donations to find a cure which never comes. Big Pharma and their pill or serum for everything.

PH WATER TESTING RESULTS

** First Test **

Tap water PH was 7.26
Bottle water PH was 6.67
Distilled water PH was 6.76

** Second Test **

1/2 teaspoon of Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) was added into each sample of water.

Tap water PH went from 7.26 to 8.32. (Alkaline)
Bottle water PH went from 6.67 to 8.30 (Alkaline)
Distilled water PH went from 6.76 to 8.37 (Alkaline)

So by adding an alkaline bases solution sodium bicarbonate in this case, it pushed it up over 2 points in the bottle water and distilled water, but only 1 in the tap water.

What this proves is baking soda does increase the PH level and make it more alkaline, it also shows that because of all the chemicals already in tap the sodium bicarbonate did not make a huge difference.

This shows that the key is to drink the purest water possible (distilled water) and then add if you wish something which can push up the PH level. Even with a PH of 6.67 for distilled water, it still is not that bad and may not need to add anything, distilled water is very close to being neutral anyhow. Some drinks which a lot of people consume each day are more corrosive than distilled water like
Beer: pH 2.5
Coca-Cola: pH 2
Coffee: pH 4

And remember at least with Distilled water it is pure H20 with no nasties what so ever!
Distilled water is natures' rain water (although it is now too polluted).

  • And make sure the food you eat is 100% ORGANIC!

Non-organic foods have poisonous hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, among other junk in them! Look into ORGANIC, ALL NATURAL lifestyle!

Wash your house, your hands, your teeth, and anything else with BAKING SODA! Drink unfiltered, raw, organic Apple Cider Vinegar! Look into buying organic Chlorella and Spirulina which will help detox your body, taking our heavy metals, fluoride, bromine, etc.!

    Look into buying organic vitamins (A, C, B, E, D).

  • @Northax Great information --- I agree organic is the way to go... we all need to vote with our dollars the best way we can. I know it's expensive right now but it's vital to our health and our environment. I have raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar - it has many uses and I think it tastes great - I use it on salads too! PURE Baking Soda is something no one should be without.

We also MUST work on getting fluoride out of our water supply and as a pesticide on fruit and veggie crops.

  • @MaryCaeV In response to what your comment said before you deleted it, common sense is neither consistent from person to person nor reliable in providing mechanisms that fit with empirical data. Published research does not suffer from the first problem and makes it very easy for unrelated labs to address the second.

  • @Northax I worked in a large Pharma Corporation - it's all about the money. Their budget focuses on sales and marketing..... it's about the bottom line profit. We are only good to them sick, not dead or healthy. Artificial drugs have never cured anything, just masked the problem. We are what we eat -- no doubt in my mind.

  • Look for foods with natural iodine in them, like kelp from the ocean! Go to NaturalNews . com and check out all this information! Go to EarthClinic . com for many home remedies!

  • @DianeDi The reason why it's not is most likely because then people would have less illness, and then that makes the medical / pharmaceutical industry much less money! The government and "medical" industry do not care about peoples' heath. They only care about financial gain and power. We're on our own when concerning TRUE health. We must spread the word and hope this changes things for future generations to come, because trusting the FDA, government or pharmaceutical industry is a joke

  • SAD says it all!!!

  • @MaryCaeV

    Pt. 2 -

If we eat an acidic diet for a prolonged time it will eventually make small incremental changes to our blood making it more acidic and the smallest variation in our blood = big problems like disease. So the urine will reflect a pH variation of your diet but the blood will struggle to maintain homeostasis for pure survival every moment we live and breath as best that it can even if it means depleting other organs, thus also the reason incidence of disease occurs.

  • @MaryCaeV Great question.

    Pt. 1 -

The body will balance the pH of the blood by stealing minerals from other areas like the bones and organs because it is vital that our blood be maintained at 7.365. But there are other varying pH levels within our body that also need to be maintained but have greater fluctuation like our urine and reflect quite directly the food we consume.

  • I have a question... If the body will automatically regulate its PH balance, wouldn't the test strips always read that you're balanced?
