When I look at Amy, I don't see someone who has passed. I see someone who is still with us, even if not physically.

As to answer the author question, she says in the introduction "A July London song".

The woman can't sing. She misses the irony completely. A classic like this should be held dearly instead of tossed off like this. Almost made it honey. Gilding the lily don't work.

This is a classic. Do some homework about the great tunes. You will be amazed.

@jputterman26 hemmm.... i'm sorry, i think you got confused, another talentless joke in this world is you -.-

What a waste - thank goodness that we still have her recordings. She was the Billie Holiday of our so-called modern age
-
Well, it isn't as bad as most of the other things she did. She didn't actually massacre it here.

Good taste in music. A '43 standard written by Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn. Amy could have done just as well singing jazz. Jule Styne born in England. Came to the Chicago as a young boy.

I feel the same way as you do,and each new song that finds it's way on you tube is a sign that she is with us.Genius lies in the subconscious and Amy is able to stay in that zone. Her song is so sweet, yet so short.
Any info on this song? is it never released as a studio or was this a cover?
