Most notorious living Nazi criminal? Demjanjuk trial begins

A frail 89-year-old is taking the stand in Munich in what's likely to be the last Nazi war crimes trial. John Demjanjuk, from Ukraine, is accused of sending nearly 28-thousand Jews to their deaths while serving as a guard at a concentration camp.

Jews expect reparations for their people, but don't want to pay for their own crimes. The Soviet Jews were mass murderers, but we won't see Hollywood making any movies about that.

seriously he's an old man let him die peacefully, yeah sure maybe he killed some jews, but are the american soldiers and all the other soldiers any better? they killed just as many people, so why do we celebrate there actions as good, when they did the same. war is not the answer.

This kind of persecution of Demjanjuk is an insult to the memories of all those who suffered and died in the deathcamps. The real criminals at the end of the war escaped and some were even "rehabilitated" into influential positions by the Allies who 'needed them' to combat the 'threat' of Communism. It is well-known that Mengele travelled many times on his own pastport to his home town for weddings and the like. Leave Demjanjuk alone!

@b0rnt0shine Its just feel good vengance by the courts. John Demjanjuk prob have two choices when he was ordered to be a guard at the death camp by the most violent group of people to have ever existed. Be a guard or be sent to jail for a long time/killed. Its really hypocritical to judge him when most people would have chose to be a guard themselves in his shoes.
