how did you remove the adhesive from the digitizer?
and also did you glue the new screen to the digitizer or just reassemble the whole thing without adhesive/glue?

On my iPhone 2G the back panel fits so hard i cant remove it.

@lukasfflukas I'm sorry, I don't. I was unable to remove it without breaking it. The iPhone 2g was made different than the new models. It is near impossible to disassemble it without breaking parts of it. The best plan is to buy a replacement back, and then just rip the thing apart, and use the new the back plate when you reassemble.

i dont understand, why is glue there in the glass? did you have bubbles after changing the lcd? cause i see to big bubbles there... What kind of glue did you use to glu the old case stuff into the new one?

@srOLDSKULL Those bubbles are just from the plastic film on the outside of the LCD. You know when you get a new product that has glass, they usually cover it with a protective plastic film to prevent it from being scratched. That's what you're seeing. The bubbles under the film. As far as gluing the old case stuff, I just used super glue. I would suggest using something else though, maybe an epoxy. Liquid nails? Super glue is brittle and breaks.
