I think the thirdperson view is supposed to be the easter-egg.
It's clearly not an easter-egg, since it required SV_cheats set to 1.

EVERYONE THIS IS THE DEMO! the saferoom is placed just after the big rush,and he nocliped further into the map and he saw the easter egg pilot at demo,and he found a second saferoom in the map,thumb this up to get others see it
