i wasnt old enough to watch muffin the mule originally.
my mum did buy me a VHS of kids classics and muffin was on it... Muffin scared me 20 years ago and she still creeps me out today lol

Yes people actaully watched it. BUt yu have t remember that most people didn't even have TVs then. they cost the equivalent of half the cost of a new car now. lool. KIds who have balck and white TV were rich!
