Double Elbow Roll Tutorial Video

Double Elbow Roll. First, place ur left hand over ur "right" heart"&keep ur elbow parallel to the floor. Take the baton in ur rite hand&start to make a clockwise circle w/ it til ur baton hits the baton of ur elbow.. release just as u hand hits the elbow&it should roll over it. As ur baton is rolling over ur left elbow, bring ur rite hand up&place it over ur heart, making ur elbow parallel to the ground. U should use this elbow to push down the baton from the left elbow. As ur elbow becomes vertical, make a Clockwise circle w/ ur rite arm popping the baton up into the air slightly. Catch left. =].

To do 3 n 4 eblows u need to know the foot work 2 do the foot work act like there is a big clock on the floor and go 2 the number 10 with your L foot 12 with your R and 2 with ur L and 10 with ur R ect For 3 eblows you need 2 have 4 steps and for 4 eblows u need to have ur hair in a bun and its also key to keep your elbows flat. u start by doing 2 elbows but then push both elbows back slightly on steps 12-2 this is where it rolls on ur neck and goes 2 the L elbow u catch 3 the ur R 4 with L. ect
