US Gov. has cut NASA funds for any projects. Russia this week 12/29/09 has private funding that will develop a project over the next 10 yrs. They apparently invited china and NASA in on the project. 2029 will reveal more answers as what our gravity will do to its pass when it comes by again in 2036. As of now it's a 1 in 250,000 chance of hitting earth. Which is a niddle in a hay stack. But when you think about the end result... it's a huge deal.
