  • Daddy tell us a story. Ok kids gather round - once upon a time there was a cable channel called MTV that played Good MUSIC by talented MUSICIANS. So sorry to tell you it died and came back to life as a tv series channel that occassionally presented ENTERTAINERS with little or no musical background. Waaaaa why daddy why?? The holy dollar rules everybody's lives

  • I miss the days of being able to buy a CD and loving all the songs after the first listen. Think about the releases that dropped during the late '80s: G'n'R/Appetite for Destruction, Def Leppard/Hysteria, Warrant/Cherry Pie, Poison/Open Up and Say Ahh, Skid Row/Skid Row, Queensryche/Operation: Mindcrime & Empire, Bon Jovi/Slippery When Wet & New Jersey, Metallica/...And Justice For All; the list goes on and on. For me, there will never be a time when music is consistently that good ever again.

  • @wllstl AMEN to THAT! I'm 54 and have actually started working with rock bands as a promoter only within the last 3 years. I already have a few big names as acquaintences! This is a dream come true! I hope to have the opportunity one day to meet these guys! Queensryche is my most favorite band of all time! My best friend was a professional artist known in several countries, and she met Geoff Tate. She told me she was speechless. He's awesome!

  • I'm 16 and I know pretty much every rock song from the 70s and 80s and listening to Q live just damn near blew me away.

  • does anyone else think it a bit...i dunno shitty? that the only people they had to thank was the execs and such at the record label and not say...the fans who helped get you there?

  • Wow are these guys good live or what? near perfection.

  • soil...the OP:Mindcrime tour was the best show I have ever seen. It would have blown your mind...epic greatness..(I'm 42 and still love Q)

  • Even though I choke on the pain of the thought this song reminds me of the beautiful times with my first love, forever she will be in my heart and forever I will hold utmost respect for the memories! Queensryche I've been listening to as a young child,I'm 22 now and never will I see myself stop listening to them they hold a meaning more than any band!

  • I'm glad that Queensrhyce didnt give into idiot record execs who wanted to use the band get famous then drop them after 5 years..this band has staying power and with Geoff Tates 3 octave range , can just make a normal song and turn it into something we can feel. Love it. 30 years and still rocking, I hope they keep their music focus.

  • I remember this! I recorded it and watched it over and over. A few months ago I went home and was digging through my dad's house looking for it. Thank You for posting this !!

  • Listening to this causes so many emotions :) I absolutely love it...but am so upset that I wasn't alive when they were in their prime. Geoff Tate, what a voice! And the band in general: Amazing!
