San Francisco Bay Area ABC 7 news segment on the ATF open letter to FFL dealers which declared that all medical marijuana patients fall under "unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance" regardless of state law and are prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm.
This is a direct attack on the fundamental rights of seriously ill Americans!

they're taking these rights away from Medical Marijuana patients, but they will still sale guns to people who are heavily medicated on Oxycontin, Percocets, Xanax, etc... sometimes I am baffled by this country...
