@SamScuff I would rate the areas about a 9 or so. They are very clean and the bathrooms are close. The decks aren't very slippery so your feet won't slip out from under you. There are food and beverages at hand and hot tubs all over the place. The chairs are comfortable. Yup, I'd say 9 - if there was a slide and big screen TV it would be a perfect 10. The Sapphire Princess is an awesome vessel - my wife and I love it!
