i am seeking advice on what to do when your employeer/boss keeps giving special treatment to a co-worker and i get punished. i have repeated my complaint to the boss and even once called an integrity hotline about the co-worker giving me impossible work that makes my job harder. i still work there, but just got suspended due to the co-worker setting me up to get angry. i recorded the conversation the day i got suspended. what else can i do?

You need to try and work it out. Document everything. Go get you a new job. Then file suit you can use the video to help you step through the process

I live in California. I don't know if the same Texas laws are applicable here.

(I am originally from El Paso) I am a HS teacher who is going through some pretty heavy job harassment due to politics and racism. I was transferred to a new school mid school year. I now have to drive 60 miles each way. I have been given a bad evaluation after years of excellent reviews. And I have been given 3 letters of reprimand for the most petty things. I want to file a lawsuit B 4 I get fired. Any suggestions?

I just got fired from fed ex national. My boss said to me that i have an integrity problem and that offended me, so i turned around and let him know that he was playing favoritizm with a friend of his that he hired and that my work was being affected because of his actions. He denied it and I got tired of arguing with him and told him to either send me back to work or send me home. So he fired me out of retaliation because he got mad at what I told him.

What about reference and background services for suspicion a former employer has blacklisted you? Do you recommend any or can you find the info on govt websites?

Also, Is it worth getting advice from non-profit subsidized legal aid organizations for a marital divorce summons?

Linda Litowsky won't tell anyone, but she slipped when she said there was money unaccounted for and how she received benefits from David Villareal, the former executive director of PACT. Karla Saldana has been using Channel Austin (PACT) for personal use, even Linda has too. She got her unemployed bum lazy man hired too.Then you got Brian hacking into employees' email addresses and committing identity theft and our favorite resident racist Susan Harper too!
