  • REAL OWNERS DONT FEED LIVE 1) this is NOT nature, its a caged animal, an animal YOUR responsible for 2) go Google what live prey can do to the animal YOUR responsible for 3) Frozen is just as good as live, if your too lazy to thaw out a mouse, then your too lazy to have a snake. Say Im wrong? Go look at every snake care book ever written, they say the same thing. Yes I bet you think its "cool" to watch things die, but your the caretaker, so take responsibility

for me live feedings are more of a facination factor than it just being "cool". I'm allergic to most furry mammals and I grew up with reptiles, what more do you want from me? The video was a little over dramatic and hurt your feelings, i get it. A snake sufficating prey within minutes isnt that bad compared to modern commercial farming. You eat meat? if you do then you support horrific animal tourture, which is kind of hypocritical. for what its worth he normally eats prekilled.

  • i wait until the rabbit is swalled and the snake starts slithering away. lets me know hes done gulping it down and hes good to go back in the cage.

  • another special thanks to Carmina Burana

  • @dexter1673138 thank you was thinking the same thing. Feeding live opens them up to thinking their in their wild and their hunting/striking/biting/killing instinct comes into play and aggression is more likely. Im a girl and own a Nicaraguan boa and would never feed her live, every good snake breeder in the world would tell you that. And for your we eat meat thing thats different, owning reptiles is animals out of their natural habitat so they shouldnt think their wild

  • and im sure thats not cool

  • one day when it attacks your kid, lets see how cool it is

  • @dexter1673138 alright look at it out in the wildlife perspective do snakes eat bunnies that have happened to been frosted and frozen by the cold winds .. no they eat them live just like any other normal animal

  • @spiderspots Lol to your comment. :)

  • @spiderspots You can be the rabbit ill be the snake!

  • owned rabbit
