Yeah - when you buy an apartment new - this is what you get. You have to contract the furnishings yourself.

What about cost of such pleasure in terms of your income? Do you have to get into mortgage loan for 30 years?

Loans here require huge down payments - like 30%. So they're paid quicker than that.
