I appreciate your tip about using unsweetened natural cocoa and oil but I'm uneasy about it. The recipe I use for brownies calls for 6 oz. of baking chocolate...which would equal 18 tbs. of cocoa powder and 6 tbs. oil. It also calls for 2 sticks of butter to melt the chocolate with. Wouldn't that be way too much moisture for 1/2 cup flour? Thanks for the photo album idea. Will do.

It should be fine. I always use the Betty Crocker recipe and haven't had any trouble with substituting the cocoa for the chocolate squares. Let me know how it works for you.
