  • Hey dave thanks for the exercises i will definetely incorporate it into my workouts. Just one question.. What's your take on resistance bands? I'm gonna be traveling a lot lately, so will resistance bands help keep my muscle mass while im not working out with weights?

  • @BianconeriCR7 Resistance bands are fine... but I find I get better workouts with bodyweight exercises...

  • NICE!!! I've done a few of his workouts before! They are insane!!! They are really good for getting in shape though!

  • @mhrockstar Adam's workouts are awesome! As much as I love weight training, I love doing this kind of stuff when I'm away from home... really different :) Did you try Tac Fit?

  • OMG!! I love the CST training and those Quad Squats with the side twist really kill! I did 2 rounds and felt like dying... 20 rounds??? I'll work my way up to that... :-) Thanks Adam and Dave, you ROCK.
