I NEED HELP TOO

Wheres my Bailout
Can anyone give me any advise on how to get the bank ( chase ) to help me with a loan mod or a short sell, I've been making my payment late for almost a year and you would think they would approach me but no.... the sad part in all this is unless your 60 to 90 days behind they don't even want to talk to you, I'm thinking of seeing a loan mod. company to help me because at lease the bank will talk to them. I asked the lady who called me to see if I was going to be able to make my payment if chase would consider doing a loan mod and her reposne was do you want a 8% interest rate??? no thanks

Chase bank borrowed 25 billion and wont modify my mortgage yet the head of modifications at chase sat in front of congress with the same smile as the mobil dick did and lied. Chase's mdification was to put the money i owe back into the principle and keep the rate and the term the same. Chase needs to modify the loan or give the cash back. As for your issue call the hud rep in your state and tell them your issue. Let the hub rep hound chase to midify your loan. write your reps in congress.
