Honestly I'm a christian, and this guy annoys me. I believe what I believe, but I'm not gonna cram it down someones throat! I wouldn't want someone doing that to me. And honestly, I think people that say "they just don't know if there is a god or not" are very smart people. Because I think Athiest's, and even me being a christian is crazy! But I have my reasons for believing, I just don't feel that I have to tell everyone why, and force them to agree.

@TakumaK1 Everyone breaks God's commandments. Nobody is seen as righteous by God's standard no matter what you do on your own.

@FLASH23ist Yes God does want us to be perfect. However we are not perfect no matter how hard we try.

Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one." Your attempt to become perfect is pitiful. Following God's law does not make us good people.

Romans 3:20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin.

We need faith in Jesus to be made right with God, NOT our actions.

@FLASH23ist He might be self-righteous. Either way repenting of your sins doesn't necessarily imply that you do not break God's law again. Your repentance relieves you from the sins of your past, present, and future. I'm not sure if we can ever become fully sanctified in this life, live without committing sin. I know that I still sin everyday in ways of lust or pride but that thankfully its forgiven and I'm living my life continually more on the spirit and less on the flesh.

@FLASH23ist If you honestly believe without a shadow of a doubt that Hell is a real place, how much do you have to hate people to not tell them about everlasting life? If I knew someone was about to shoot you and I had the ability to warn you, I might scream at you. And this is more important than that. He isn't claiming to be perfect, he saying hes a sinner and Jesus died for his sins and repented.
