Actually, in the third game, since Benjamin and Anthony carmine are dead, their mother will receive a letter from the Coalition informing that his only remaining son, Clay, will be shipped home. Marcus and the rest of the delta squad's mission will be to find Clay Carmine and bring him home safe.
