  • holy crap... this works like wonders. i have upper and mid back pain and doing this for just a few minutes helped ease the pain A LOT

  • I will try this. I over-stretched and pulled a muscle in my upper back right in center between the shoulder blades and I'm in alot of pain. This is a tough area to loosen up...

  • I just tried my mat vertically also.. to get at the very base of my neck. Then when lowering the head (as is comfortable) I combined with it the tucking of the chin between the collar bones to really work the kinks out of such a compact area. Thank you again, Esther. You helped me realize the significant role of the middle/upper back. And attachment to the ribcage makes mobilizing it very important. I think this could be what my neck needed ! :) Namaste. Adonai.

  • Hot. Plus her videos can fix all my back related pains.

  • I need your help, Esther! How do you increase your legs' upper joints' flefibility? If you can help me, please make me know. I seem to have much more problems with rotations in this area, I mean I can easily put my feet together but when I try to separate my feet one from the other holding my knees close to my chest I feel pain somewhere in the upper part of the leg,

  • GET TO tHE POINT-stop talking too much-i have a sore back

  • Damn, that's one great looking older lady.

  • thanks for sharing.

would it be good to hold light weights in my outstretched arms?

i have tight sholders as wel

  • Indeed it is very helpful for upper back. please could you show us good exercise for forward head posture.

  • Wow ... I;m impressed with how much difference I feel after 5 min of that
