Not all ventures helped the companies and their employees however. Romney’s team purchased a stake in DDi Corporation in 1997. In 2000 Bain Capital took the company public reaping a cool $36 million in profit. Romney sold his shares for $4.1 million. Soon after, however, DDi saw its stock plummet and eventually filed for bankruptcy in 2003, where 2100 workers lost their jobs. (LA Times, Bob Drogin)

Well obviously he's going to lay people off, its a failed business. The bailout part is disgusting though. Someone should bring it up now.
