its not some Russian show. its a ukrainian group who performed in Russia under the name "maski show", translating to "show of masks". its like a sketch show with 10 people who do different personalities every episode. get respect u bastard.

This is only small piece of the movie... Basically this movie is about ambulance workers who have nothing to do (no patients, no calls) and they have to write monthly report. In order to not to disappoint their bosses they decided to find patients themselves. This patient is the "fourth" one. :)
