this is really great last time i did it for like month i was already seeing better reults than previous exercise id done for longer. i gave it up just wen the early results were showing so hope this time i have patience and stick to it, do it with the 8 min buns and 8 min legs and 8 min arma, then you do all those every day its only what 32 mins a day.

honestly, on the first day i did this, my whole neck got hurt..i didnt worked my own pace...but now my neck doesnt hurt anymore...i dont know when will i see clear results...ive been doing this for a week...anybody?could you tell me in what time will i see the result?thanks
