    The other day my friend said he was searching for a chiles rellenos recipe and then found this on youtube.

  • Esa receta es diferente a todas las que habia visto antes. Yo soy mexicana de Chihuahua y no hago chiles rellenos porque me cansa mucho cubrirlos con el huevo y freirlos, ademas que agarran mucha grasa pero esta version me encanto y la voy a probar!!! Gracias... porque no ponen mas recetas???

  • yea youre right about that....no corn in them and also not cooked in a pot with sour cream. we stuff them, lightly flour them, and then coat them in egg mixture and fry them.

  • Hey Nar, that looks appetizing and all but, thats not straight up Mexican style Chiles. And i've eaten alot of Chile's and none of the one i've eaten or anyone in my family have eaten them that they have corn in them.

    But that seems pretty intresting to make.
