Russia really fascinates mi (cooperation between Russia and its East Asian neighbors goes beyond mere geo-politics), much more so than the European Union, who are not a part of the Far East nor ever will be, unlike the Oblast, for instance). I'd even go so far as to consider Americans of Western and Eastern European extraction interesting subject matter for artists exploring Amalek-Edom-Gog-Magog. Such a theme fat with fodder.
