In this video, Alex Cryder from the Lebanon Ford myTech Team answers the question, does Siri work with Microsoft Sync? myTech Team shows you how Siri not only works with Sync and MyFord Touch, but how it makes them better. We go over how to send a text message through Siri and your Ford vehicle, and also have a little fun with Siri as well. Check out the article "How Siri Completes Microsoft Sync" at this link: http://ford-life.com/2011/10/26/how-siri-completes-microsoft-sync/ and as always if you have any questions regarding Siri and Sync, or any other in-vehicle technology questions, feel free to contact myTech Team and 513-932-1010 ext. 127 or by email at mytechteam@lebanon-ford.com

@camtoews Thanks for your reply, that is exactly how it works. We received many calls about whether or not Siri works with MyFord Touch and Sync, hence the video. If you watch closely, at around 0:51, Alex explains that in order to access Siri, you must press the home button on your iPhone. Currently, there is no way around this, however since it is just like placing a phone call, you may use the phone button on the steering wheel to "end" Siri.

This is stupid any vehicle with built in bluetooth works for siri through the speakers. Siri, when activated places a phonecall to your personal number over bluetooth to work through the speakers. What your not showing is you holding the home button everytime u want to use siri
