I chanced upon this beautiful arrangement last week. It's not very difficult except that one just needs to be familiar with the song to play certain passages correctly. I based my tempo on Regine Velasquez's version as I find it to be the best version of this song. I tried playing at a slower tempo but the guitar is just not designed to play prolonged notes- aside from the fact it was boring to play it slowly.
