As non-Muslim, the time she enter in the fold of Islam willingly, intentionally and by understanding the monotheism (Thouheed). I strongly believe a good Muslim or a Islamic scholar should marry her. Because the time she come to Islam, she become pure and wipe out all the sin. the reason she should be married by true Muslim than she could gain the real peity.

@ohdangitsraisa A true Muslim man wouldn't have that kind of confusion if he is ever in such a situation. Even though Islam gives many rights for parents over their sons, a forcible divorce is not one of them. It's the responsibility of the man to look after his wife in Islam.

The conditions set for muslim man to marry non muslim woman are so strict that it is as though it's forbidden to marry non muslims.

Does it depend on parents? If the parents of the Muslim man do not approve does he automatically have to leave her? Or choose between family and the girl?
