Have seen the process that produces pure oil from anything with carbon in it, it can be done on any scales and anything even old tyres are use in a 4 stage cooking and pressure process. Every thing has carbon in it so you can use all waste, all materials etc and old tyres which are hard to get rid of. I wish I had the money I would set one up next to a tip and clean up.
