    If I was wealthy enough to afford this, I would definitely not look to other wealthy people for approval. I would move away from other people. That's what healthy minded Wealth gives you. Space. This is an excellent example of what is wrong with the human mind. 330 G's in the first year that doesn't go towards the principal of your debt??.. Hahaha.. The Banker and the Developer are the ones whom really benefit from this kind of thing. This is a place that is loaded with arbitrary rules.True.
