Prime Minister Raila Odinga is now expressing optimism that a solution will be found for the wrangling that has threatened to cripple the grand coalition. Raila was speaking for the first time since his bitter outburst against President Mwai Kibaki, accusing him of making decisions unilaterally.

I must commend DPM Mudavadi for not involving himself in petty squabbles that beleaguer the grand coalition. Muungwana kweli. It's about time our leaders start working for the people of Kenya and stop wrangling over power. The coalition govt although brought about peace, was doomed from the get go. There can never be two soldiers in one household.

The most difficult message to get is that of the AG: "depoliticize the political situ'..temperature in Kenya today, depoliticize it completely and we focus on the real issues". That is something, who ever cracks what should be done to realize the AG's recommendations gets a gold medal!! Very impressed, the DPM is one of the most 'rationally stable' politicians left in Kenya today. He nevers utters anything with a tribal incling, or myopic biasness!
