http://youtube.com/davos 31.01.2009 Peter Galison, Joseph Pellegrino University Professor of the history of science and physics at Harvard University shares his thoughts on the environment for the Davos Debates 2009
There's no denying global warming... but we are evolving and future generations will adapt to the heat and polution... who knows, it might make them stronger.
I agree with Kama. There's evidence to suggest that rising temperature is probably the cause of C02 fluctuation (not the other way around).
There's no denying global warming, or our thinning ozone; but I think its safe to say that the two are not connected.
Also, about 50 years ago, some scientists were suggesting that we dump soot on the polar ice caps to help fix the issue of global cooling. Maybe we should be a little more critical in way we observe climate change .
That is the dumbest comment I've ever heard. Will it make the drowned polar bears and bleached coral reefs stronger?

Galison's books are awesome, however I'm a little surprised by the awesomeness of his glasses.

good perspective
it's like the economic crisis
world leaders are attempting to fix it in days to weeks when it /will/ take years
