A couple more questions for the Kirby's Epic Yarn music master :P
1. Are you going to stop making these videos? I think there's a couple more piano songs out there that you might have not done.
2. How do you do these? No seriously. Earlier, you said you didn't have perfect pitch, but I (believe) that's the only way to transcribe these. Is there some forgotten method or something? :P

Brings back so many childhood memories of Kirby games on my gba....

@Dekreme I did (thanks for helping to clear that up) and I can see that it indeed was the part that was missing.

Do you have perfect pitch?
I do, but it looks like yours is "stronger"? (If it can be with Perfect Pitch :P)

@BlazingMissile Not at all, actually. If you played a random note for me, I couldn't tell you what pitch it is. I COULD ask you to keep playing that note while I get out my piano, and keep pressing keys 'til I press one that sounds like your note. (:P)

I think the reason this transcription sounds a little "hollow" in some parts is because you tried to make it playable by one person. To me it sounds like the real song actually has two piano tracks playing (especially in the last quarter, where the melody and accompaniment seem to overlap). I tried to transcribe all of the notes (and the bass), and posted a video and the MIDI as a response if you'd like to accept. =)

@ZMcKowen Yeah, I agree with you there. I personally think all the piano could conceivably be done with one person, it's just the bass that requires the third hand.
Your arrangement sounds great though, feel free to send me that response request!

I suppose the only reason it sounds really different is because on this, the minor notes are more 'outspoken'. Their as distinct as the melody really. However, something does seem missing at 0:24. It sounds hollow somehow...

@Learner0012 Yeah, that would be the bass. It adds a lot to the piano to make the song feel whole. But to put both into one piano transcription requires more than two hands at times.
There's probably several ways to transcribe it, but I decided to do purely what the piano was responsible for, and no more.
watch?v=dgkkdJ5cGyg (garyswerdlowmusic) is working on a two-piano transcription that includes the bass, if you wanna check that out.
