@Righteousclaim well he obviously did this for fun....most people hack nowadays because once you beat a game it gets boring as hell, and there are several things that can expand a game further by using hacks. Matter of fact, with hacks now you can actually play AS Sephiroth, and no one can deny the fact that it's badass. It's just for fun dude
