@sasa9664 ....No it really is a fish, it hasn't got paws with claws or fur and doesn't drink milk. I suggest a visit to the opticians is well over due.

@s4dana4 I have 2 oscars in a 55 for now. They are only babies but I am going to be getting a 125 gallon in awhile when they get bigger!!!!

Cool oscar but hate the music

This is one of the nicest Oscar on YouTube -- not sure what part of him looks bad (ass) ?

Oscar!!!!

@fishloverone You can have 2 oscar's in the same 55 gallon tank no problem, especially if they are from the same batch (aka. brothers or sisters) the problem you are going to run into is the "crap" that these guys produce, 2 oscars will gum up and destroy your filters if you dont keep up on your water changes, this really thick slime will build up and the impeller will slow down, thus killing flow and killing filtration, other then that 2 in 1 55 is fine, with no rocks, no driftwood

@monstercichlidkeeper If you're seeing an ass, double check it's not your reflection on the screen.

i have two tiger oscars and i was wanting to now is do i change there water more often then every two weeks,by the way there in a 55 gallon tank just them.

@fishloverone Unfortunately two Oscars in a 55 gallon is overstocked. The general rule of thumb is one Oscar to a minimum of 55 gallons - obviously the bigger the tank the better. My one O is in a 62 gallon tank, with internal and external filters and I still do large weekly water changes to keep the water pristine and therefore my Oscar in top condition. Two adult O's in a 55 will lead to an increased bio-load and the risk of conditions such as HITH(Hole In The Head)and territory fighting.

why is my tiger oscar black and white? he's got these white streaks in between the black patterns instead of orange. could he be a wild oscar?

@dexOn22 Could be...check out some pics on google of wild O's and see if they look like yours.
