  • wat was da speed at da crashing point??

  • 40 m.p.h or 64 k.p.h

  • isnt dat too slow.... i mean they shld atleast crash da vehicle at da speed of 100km\hr??

  • well the reason they don't do test at those speeds is because it is highly unlikely someone would survive a crash of that severity , that is why it is done at a modest highway speed

  • Last year I was in a really bad car crash, but I was wearing my seet belt and my 91 4runner took the crash so well I was able to walked away. If you wont a safe car get a 4runner. It saved my life.

  • Toyotas are amazing aren't they. I thought only the old ones were good. But look at it. The body and frame did absolutly no shifting or bending. American truck owners could learn from this. Toyotas are amazing machines and never quit on you. You Toyota owners are wise. The only three things that surive a nuclear blast are: Cockroaches, Twinkes, and Toyotas.

  • @KiroTheGreat and nokia cell phones.

  • @squizzoo You damn fool! German vehicles are grossly overated! My aunts X5 Gearbox failed at 50,000 miles!!,

friends Mercedes Vito van 4 years old £2800 major engine repair last year.friends older Vito RUSTED.

My 1995 Toyota Hilux Surf 180000 All original!!(Apart from Rad & Alt).

  • @squizzoo German cars suck

  • Lot's of Toyota worshipers here.

So sad, they have never owned a German car.

  • @elementality4me I think they assume that some breaking occurs before the crash, so it's not unreasonable that at impact the car could be going 40 mph

  • @firedemon101 going 40mph on the highway isn't modest, its an elderly person who fell asleep behind the wheel!

  • Japanese auto makes put a lot of effort into keeping their drivers as safe as possible. Every model of the 4runner (old or new) has good safety ratings.

  • It's nice know Japanese put want people to be unharmed when they drive their cars and not end up in the ER.

  • Adding a bicycle helmet won't hurt either, said the I.H. something.

It's true, if crash at 60 mph, the car absorb the 40, the helmet absorb 15-20, and the rest you absorb.

  • @umair691994 i know this was nearly a year go but who speaks "dat too slow" instead of "thats too slow"
