I think these pictures of Arnold were morphed.. Arnold was not that much bigger than mentzer at the 80 olympia.. As of matter of fact Arnold looked very flat and depleted at the 1980 mr olympia.. He really didn`t deserve to win that title at all.. Something looks funny about these photos

@flashcatt49 I give Mike kudo's....but even with Arnold stepping on stage at a lighter weight looked better then the competitors that step up and posed next to him. If anybody got ripped off it was Boyer Coe...I remember when the M & F mag came out and thought Boyer looked pretty awesome. As for disingenuous to Rino...numerous untouched photos and the original video shows why Arnold and matter a fact why Frank Zane won the Mr. O and why Mike didn't.

i dont understand the point of this video at all. especially the overlapping. Lou shadowed arnold and was bigger and taller. He didnt win. Arnold Should not have won

Mentzers mid section was way better which is what arnold criticised him for back stage. Arnolds lower mid was horrible in 80.

Arnold is 6" taller than Mentzer, so height in relation to frame can be deceiving. But if you look it and compare it body part to body part, Arnold's chest and biceps were better. But everything else was Mentzer's.

This video is one of the proofs that Arnold always was far better than Mike .Even if Arnold wasn't as massive in1980 as in 70s.Mike wasn't even close to Arnold ever.

I'm just wondering why people compare Mike to Arnold when Mike placed only 5th in 1980.If Mike would have been such a perfect or if it was a conspiracy theory as many think then Mike would have gotten at least the second place instead of 5th.

Arnold just unbeatable!, as Frank Zane who beat Arnold once in his early youth said later, you just learn that you will loose when you compete against Arnold!

Funny thing is, everyone likes to compare Mike to Arnold in this year's Mr. O. Problem is, Mike wasn't second, third, or even 4th place. He was SIXTH. Boyer was in great shape, so was Dickerson and Zane. Mike was not in competition for 1st place. He was in competition for 4th through 6th. It was his sour attitude that kept him off the platform after this showing. Don't get me wrong, I think Mike had a great and rugged physique. But he didn't get shafted in this contest. Others were better.

and should have placed higher.

Mike was just not big or complete enough compared to Arnie or Coe.
