  • @Zac6230 Yeah I'm so thankfull I'm not like the 'winners' who lost nearly 30% of their purchase price on the Olympic Village condos LOL. I guess I will have to be a 'loser' who rents until the bubble pops and can KEEP everything I have worked for. Let's see how long Vancouver can sell 800 square foot shit shacks for a million dollars to Asian immigrants (I'm thinking the value will take a mighty tumble within 5 years). Fake prosperity = KABOOM.

  • @mookixox you really like to rationalize things don't you broke ass fools like yourself usually do that. thats not the reason why USA had their crisis. they got into mortgage they couldn't afford canada has much tighter lending practices and got tighter after the crisis.Locals aren't buying vancouver real estate, the foriengers are, canada sold you out. If it it still drops it will never be at year 2000 levels and losers like you still wont be able to afford it, your priced out either way

  • @Zac6230 The only difference in America was that AMERICANS were playing hot potato with each other, buying and flipping multiple real estate where as in Vancouver it is the Asians playing hot potato you fucking feeb. The massive Olympic Village debacle is just the tip of the iceberg, why don't you ask the buyers who rushed in and lost over 30% of their condo value how "smart" they feel compared to the Olympic Village renters LOL. Yeah, real winners buy into a bubble...sure.

  • @mookixox I cashed out because I moved to the USA for work you fucking childish douche, as long as asians keep pouring in, the rise of China's economic prosperity and unchecked immigration is abound, losers like you will be renting in east van with the other human garbage. Perhaps you should go to Mission and enjoy the smell of cow shit. Every year since 2005 losers thought it would pop either that year or next year and so far nothing. Enjoy renting you stupid fuck

  • @Zac6230 If there isn't a bubble then you would have no need to "cash out" to begin with moron. Seeing an 800 square foot shit shack in Vancouver sell for a cool Million dollars is more then enough to tell anyone worth a shit that this market is unsustainable. By the way how much money did the Vancouver tax payers lose on the Olympic Village deal again?...LOL

  • @mookixox there is no bubble, what happened in the USA was totally different, there were warning signs in 2006 . I sold my property and moved out I'll lets shlubs and poor folk like yourself keep dreaming. morons like you needed to be weeded out of the population. Vancouver is already filled with blithering rotund obtuse bozos as it is
