@AirCanada04 / I don't think there are many sherpas in that area of France. And I think someone is thinking of Lukla, different (and far from) Courchevel.

Now where's my hard landing? didn't see anything...

@villemartin No, other planes have to fly in and they're in luck if there is a mechanic at the airport or in the area. Its tough to fix a damaged plane in such remote place where airplane parts are far away.

@villemartin Im sorry if you didn't understand. That airplane was grounded ie It cannot fly again until inspection and mechanical repairs. That airport is far away and is also on a high mountain, so that parts for the plane is very hard to get. The only ways to get parts in is either by Airplane or by Sherpas from the bottom of the mountain.
DANG! The propeller just flew off! God the bottom of the tail is gone. Thats a very damaged plane and its grounded in the WORST place for a plane to be grounded.

@AirCanada04
What do you mean: "its grounded in the WORST place for a plane to be grounded."? airfield ? or location on airport?

@villemartin In Short, its a horrible airport to get Mechanics and Parts due to its smallness and lack of facilities of aircraft maintenance.
