PLEASE READ FIRST: Linda Hopkins is one of many bright eyed distributors of the latest scam to hit the internet from Amega Global. Linda is well versed on "alternative" and controversial "treatments".
http://www.feelgooddynamics.com/
From her base in Cwmbran, Torfaen, South Wales, Linda has a "practice" where she performs, among other things, EmoTrance and Past Life regression.
Linda took a course to become a "graduate" of a 12 week hypnotherapy program.

Linda is, apparently, proud of her new Amega wanding business and performs demonstrations at local venues.
http://www.feelgooddynamics.com/amega_wands_18.html
Her web page is full of the usual Amega videos and information about the product which, of course, only comes from Amega. No independent information available, just like all the other scams.
As with all MLM scams, it's important for Linda to build her down line so that earnings keep coming her way.
"Please look out for special days for wanding sessions to be announced. If you would like to have your own Amega Wand and be part of this to help with wanding sessions helping people with aches and pains, please contact Linda for more details. Both Linda and Doug will be more than happy to have you on board."
"On board" is code for part of my down line.
As part of her demo, Linda uses the well known trick of Applied Kinesiology. The trick is called "balance", 'tip" or "strength" test depending on the scam.
The "test" is commonly used by SCAMS to "prove" that the item being sold really performs as claimed.
Problem is, the "test" is a well known party trick and proves only that it's easy to fool people who aren't already familiar with the trick.
In this video "wanded" water is being used. The subject drinks a little of the "magic" water and is transformed.
By the way, Amway, also known as Quixtar, is selling "Perfect" magic water. They are also using the "strength test". They call it the 'tip test".

If you are interested in the technical explanation of how this trick works, look at this page:

Take at look at Richard Saunders, well known skeptic from Australia, in this video that explains how the trick is performed:

Richard also busted the Power Balance Bracelet SCAM on Australian TV in December 2009:

There are many examples of the "strength" or "balance" test on YouTube and other websites.

The purpose of my posts about scams is not to make friends, a;though that's an added bonus.
If I can point someone in the right direction to finding out the truth about these scams, so much the better.
Do your due diligence and remember the old saying, "If it looks too good to be true...etc."
