A huge thank you to the USWNT. They don't play for millions of dollars, they don't play to be celebrities. They play for the love of the sport and to represent our country. And we are extremely lucky to have a group of such extraordinary women representing us on the world stage. Thank you for high quality and entertaining soccer year in and year out, and especially over the last few weeks! You have absolutely made us proud. We'll always support you!

@leftydirtydan The song is from the "soundtrack of The Life of David Gale". :) If you look that up on YouTube you'll find it. I don't think the song actually ended up on the soundtrack that was sold.

It's heart breaking to see Hope Solo crying while she was actually being  awarded the Golden Glove for best goalkeeper of the tournament. I think she would trade that GG for the cup for the whole team.

UGGHH WHYYY?! I just relived the heartbreak :( I was so sad when they lost, but I'm also so proud of them for making it this far. And I'm so proud of Hope Solo for overcoming that controversy and proving that she deserves her spot on the USWNT. We'll get gold in London, ladies :(
