make sure your computer bit(64/32) fits the winrar version (right click computer and select properties and you'll find the bit size)
then download link and extract to sd card

Yo i did everything you said, I already have the homebrew channel. I even deleted the st080805_0933.bin because it was freezing Brawl at stage select, and yet none of those fighter texture hacks are working for me. please write me.
