Just the read the comments from the Irish fans here and you'll get a sense of why everyone hates Notre Dame. They can never just say "good game" and own up to a loss. It's the refs' fault, or the weather's fault, or it's a freak accident, or even if they did beat us fair and square it doesn't matter because our academic program is better than theirs and we're still smarter than you. well they've dealt with Ty's inability to recruit (why we sucked on defense during the Weis years), then we had nothing but freshman and 1st year players during the Clausen era, now Kelly's got the reigns and he'll have this team turned around. this is a killer schedule this year, but manageable.

ND beat themselves. the blitz disappeared in the third quarter, Lynch was killing that OL, no way do we lose if that blitz continues.

Jonas Gray runs in that 2 yard dive, we go on to win by 40. easy. that was humiliating, although not as humiliating as watching the b1g play fcs opponents.

TO's inside the RZ lost us 4 games. Stanford's OL is the only true loss.
