Lil Nipper

My hubby took the garbage out a few days ago and this little guy was under the neighbors grill growling at him. We gave him a can of cat food and some water and after 10 minutes or so he was all over us. He can't be more than 2 months old, don't know where he came from or what breed he is. Hubby named him nipper because he's teething and he loves to nip and chew on your hands.
My dad brought a chain down and I got him a collar food and some raw hide chew thingys. Put a fleece blanket under the porch so he can be warm and comfy. If we could take him in we would, but our landlord raised our rent when he found out we had a cat so we aren't pushing it.
