It is clear that union power needs to become dominant in such areas as the social economy [CED] aka community economic development. The networks in this area are barely known to the average citizen, but if Steelworkers can become involved with all of North America on the Mondragon project, people will see light at the end of the tunnel.
We need to see a total transformation on the investment management side, we need to abolish the predatory and speculative casino model of capital mgmt

Wisconsin was smart not to include the police or fireman because they knew what would happen. If we had real solidarity we could organize a mass walk out including police and fireman. The thing is we don't have solidarity anymore thats why unions are not what they use to be. We need to start thinking about man and woman next to us instead of ourselves.

@jeff7069 Public employees aren't covered by OSHA and they do some of the most dangerous jobs in the country. You need to get safe workplaces somehow.

I don't think public employees should be allowed to unionize. Only private workplaces should have the right to unionize.

@Scuba1Diver I bet if someone tried to limit say 5 of the 10 Amendments in the Bill of Rights you'd say,a nd rightly so, they were stripping you of rights.

You have to know the kind of people who made this video. They are liars from the very beginning. "Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker proposed stripping government workers of their collective bargaining rights." This is an absolute lie! He proposed limiting their collective bargaining options.
