gtx 460 and gtx 560 twin frozr ii is great card but for performance and budget wise wud i go two gtx 460 for sli or one gtx 560?

@Ashadow700 No, this will not draw 500 watts, they say that to make sure it can power the card along with everything else in your system.
Often 500 watts is actually to high, because they just want to be on the safe side, but 90% of the time you should have the recommended watts.
