Three theories:
1.) He's naturally left handed, but his parents/teachers encouraged him to write right handed.
2.) He's naturally right handed, but his parents/coaches encouraged him to bat/throw left handed (less likely).
3.) Like me, he was just born cross dominant (I am technically considered right handed, but anything athletic, besides racquet sports oddly enough, I am 100% left handed).
Did you know LeBron James writes left handed?
