A revised obstacle course taking into account some feedback from Mr. LeCorre. He advised adding a balance portion and a lifting portion...as well as some punching/defensive stuff...this was her first run through it...gotta say, she was beat!

If she doesn't want to do it, do you still make her? only, i don't want her to be discouraged if she is pushed too hard and start resenting the training regimes. she is good and I would prefer that she enjoys it so you guys can keep on making videos :D
Oh..its definitely a positive experience for her. The way to handle discouragement is ask her how we should change the specific obstacle. Generally, she will say not to change it, but she will just do it by itself and not as part of the course until she is comfortable with it.
